Floating on a sea of impulses
A voice from within, calling out to you. A voice whispering quietly. Silently, meekly but yet a little demanding. A gentle sound, seemingly from the distance but still so very nigh. Nevertheless, clearly audible, there is this understandable energetic susurration claiming your full attention. An impulse.
Identifying you with a sweet voice, her soft embrace, giving you all required attention, possibly drives you into an unknown direction. Away, seemingly away from the heart, deeply into an unfamiliar fairway.
Unacquainted oceans leading you astray. An endless blue surface with so many mysteries and wonders. Underneath and above. Truly, a miraculous sight to behold. Fully adrift in these waters, fully mesmerized by the freedom it has to offer, a sense of being lost is still seeping in. The shore is getting out of sight quickly, until only a tiny dot is left. A particle of home.
Fully surrendered to the wind, a return seems impossible. The inner knowing that there will be a harbor in due time, provides a tiny sense of solace. A subtle sign that in reality you will never get lost.
Loose, out of control, messy and utterly confused. Disconnected from the true consciousness. The true you. Floating away from the heart. Floating on a sea of impulses, not knowing where it is taking you. A peculiar, but lovely adventure it is, with solely a small rubber boat just containing a glimpse of your real presence. Merely your Earthly vehicle. An exterior, lacking the energetic content that represents the real you. Deeply hidden. Not unlike an empty shell. Just as if there is nobody home. Out on vacation.
But wait, land in sight, a safe haven in the remote distance. A feeling of relief is entering your being. A familiar knowing, that although this adventure appeared to be risky and treacherous, it has come to an end. Reaching a conclusion and no harm was ever done. Yet another part of that infinite ocean is explored and a new harbor is reached.
Tugs are coming to the rescue, guiding you in. That last mile of what seemed a perilous journey. Yes, you are being loved, being helped and welcomed back. Welcome home.
